Returns

We sincerely regret that you did not like your new item(s) as we all had expected. You have 7 days of original delivery date to request a return. 

Returns for any reasons other than receiving a defective or incorrect item will be at the customer's shipping expense.

Please email us at sales@quietblooms.com PRIOR to returning your items. Orders sent back without our authorization will be refused for the return. 

PLEASE INCLUDE: 

  1. NAME
  2. ORDER NUMBER
  3. REASON FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE (just for us to serve you better)

KEEP IN MIND:

- We only accept items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging and shipped back to us within 7 days.

- Returned items will be refunded in store credits only. After 30 days, no return is accepted.

- Accessories, jewelry, intimates, gift & good products and sale items are all final sales and are not eligible for a return.

- For defective/damaged items, email us within 3 days of original delivery date to claim the defect with pictures. Otherwise, we do not accept the return.
